Where logic meets mystery.

I’m Suzy Dickson, creator of Grounded Light, a space for exploring near-death experiences, after-death communication, UAP/NHI encounters, channeling, consciousness, intuition, spirituality, and the unexplained with curiosity, openness, and grounded discernment.

For over 34 years, I worked as a Department of Defense auditor and management analyst. My world was built around documentation, evidence, systems, assumptions, and better questions.

Then life cracked open a much bigger question.

After my son died, I found myself asking: Where did he go?

That question led me into years of exploring NDEs, mediumship, consciousness research, signs, spiritual experiences, remote viewing, UAP/NHI encounters, channeling, and the mysteries that sit at the edge of what we think we know.

I don’t approach these topics as someone trying to tell you what to believe.

I approach them as someone who has lived through loss, studied patterns, questioned assumptions, and learned that curiosity and critical thinking can belong in the same room.

Wonder matters.
Evidence matters.
Lived experience matters.
Discernment matters.

Through Grounded Light, I create conversations and reflections for spiritually curious skeptics and open-minded seekers who want to explore life’s biggest mysteries without blind belief.

About Sacred Flow

Sacred Flow is my intuitive and embodiment-based work.

It is a space for learning to notice what your body, intuition, emotions, and inner awareness may already be communicating.

It is not about getting it “right.”
It is about curiosity, presence, and trust.

In Sacred Flow, we explore things like:

• how the body communicates
• how intuitive impressions arise
• how to move from overthinking into gentle awareness
• how to work with emotion, energy, and intention in a grounded way
• how to stay open without giving away your discernment

You don’t have to choose between curiosity and clarity.

You can have both.
